Luis Henriquez
Luis Henriquez is a Washington, D.C.–based filmmaker, photographer, and creative who specializes in storytelling for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community-rooted brands across the DMV. As the founder of LHP Media, Luis has built a reputation for producing bold, emotionally grounded content that blends cinematic quality with real-world authenticity. His work is known for elevating everyday spaces, capturing human stories with intention, and helping clients stand out in crowded markets through high-impact video, photography, and short-form content.
Over the past several years, Luis has partnered with some of the region’s most dynamic business owners, fitness leaders, and cultural organizations. He approaches every project with the mindset that great media isn’t just about visuals — it’s about trust, collaboration, and clarity of vision. His clients value his ability to translate their identity into content that feels sharp, memorable, and honest.
Outside of commissioned projects, Luis is constantly sharpening his craft through the things he loves: long documentary deep-dives, martial arts culture, community storytelling, and the creative energy of the DMV. He’s the kind of creator who finds inspiration everywhere — in a quiet morning drive, a Muay Thai gym alive with rhythm and grit, or a casual conversation that turns into a full-blown idea.
Whether he’s behind the camera on a 3D tour, directing a brand hero piece, or producing an intimate documentary interview, Luis brings the same core approach: clarity, intention, and a dedication to elevating the people and stories that deserve to be seen.
Marianne Ali
In collaboration with DC Central Kitchen — the renowned Washington, D.C. culinary school and food recovery organization — we helped tell the story of Marianne Ali, the beloved and transformative leader behind their award-winning culinary training program. Though she has passed, her legacy lives on through the thousands of vulnerable D.C. residents whose lives were changed by her belief in the power of food, dignity, and community. The project honors not just her work, but the impact she left on a city and the people she championed.
Whitney & Barrett
Whitney and Barrett celebrated their wedding at the iconic Willard InterContinental Hotel in Washington, D.C.—a venue known for its timeless elegance and historic charm. With Whitney’s own background in event planning, every detail of the day carried intention and sophistication. Our goal was to craft a highlight film that honored that vision, capturing the emotion, beauty, and significance of a day designed with such care.
These walls.
A raw, atmospheric spec piece created from my lifelong passion for combat sports and the quiet, demanding environments where fighters are shaped. Centered on an athlete immersed in the lonely grind of training, the film captures the hidden side of boxing — the repetition, the doubt, the discipline, and the small breakthroughs that happen long before anyone sees the spotlight.
We Won the Cup!
A behind-the-scenes look at the massive effort led by Hargrove Experiences to bring the 2019 Stanley Cup victory parade to life after the Washington Capitals made history. The project pulls back the curtain on the planning, logistics, and creative vision required to celebrate a championship moment on a city-wide scale.
